Gracie Travis MS, LAT, ATC joined the Cottey Athletic Department as the head athletic trainer in 2020 following time at a Division II university.
 
Prior to joining Cottey, Travis spent two years as a graduate assistant serving Drury University athletes including the women’s soccer and track and field teams while studying at Missouri State University. There, she earned her master's degree in Athletic Training with a focus in leadership and rehabilitation.
 
Travis earned her bachelor’s degree, double majoring in athletic training and pre-physical therapy from Capital University in 2018. She has also been a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA) since 2015, Missouri Athletic Trainers’ Association (MoATA) since 2018, and Mid-American Athletic Trainers’ Association (MAATA) since 2018.
