The Cottey College Comets (8-10, 4-7) basketball team will play the Central Baptist College Mustangs (7-9, 2-9) in Conway Arkansas on January 21, 2023 at 1:00 p.m.  The Comets took the win in the matchup earlier in the year at home 64-50.  

The Comets are coming off a road win against conference opponent Lyon College on January 19, 2023.   The Comets (8-10, 4-7) were led by Sarah Hunt with 30 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 assists.  Ndeye Ndiaye with 16 points, 7 rebounds, and 1 assist, and Claudia Hadlock with 15 points, 2 rebounds, and 3 assists.  

The Mustangs are coming off of a conference loss at home against UHSP on January 19, 2023.  Leading the Mustangs was Diana Rivera with 14 points, 3 rebounds, and 3 assists.  Rhys Anderson with 12 points, 2 rebounds, and 8 assists, and Caroline Citty and Tamara Christmas with 10 points each.
